GUITAR CENTER & ROLAND/BOSS ANNOUNCE THE WINNER OF THE

"LIVE IN LONDON CONCERT WITH THE CULT" SWEEPSTAKES

HOLLYWOOD (February 6, 2008) - The hottest sweepstakes of 2007 was the LIVE IN LONDON sweepstakes. This mind-blowing event is presented by Guitar Center and Roland/Boss in conjunction with The Cult's new album Born Into This that was released October 2, 2007 [Roadrunner Records].

Customers had the month of October 2007 to head into their nearest Guitar Center and enter for a chance to win a VIP trip for two to see The Cult live in London and watch from side stage. The prize package includes round trip tickets for two, hotel accommodations and $1000 dollars spending cash. And, if that weren't enough, Roland/Boss is hooking up the winner with a $2,500 Guitar Center shopping spree.

On January 3^rd, 2008 Guitar Center picked the lucky winner. They tossed all entries into a barrel and fished out the one and only Amanda Kolanz from Chagrin Falls, OH.  "I was completely surprised when I got the phone call telling me I had won," exclaims Kolanz. "At first I thought that it was someone joking with me, but once I realized it was real, I was so excited. I ran all around my house screaming to my family that I had won.

Amanda thanks Guitar Center for the best prize ever. "Something like this does not happen every day and I am truly thankful that I won. I cannot wait to go to London and rock at the concert!"  We will hear more about Amanda and her trip to London once she gets back.
